Social Media Account Director – Freelance
Our client is a multinational agency, with offices in Auckland and Wellington. They are famous for producing hard-hitting, effective work and providing their high-profile clients with innovative, award-winning campaigns. They are looking for a Social Media Account Director to join their team in a freelance capacity.
The purpose of this role is to drive excellence in social media for their clients. You will oversee the development and implementation of social channel and content strategies in conjunction with the agency’s strategy, creative, creative services and media teams.
Working with the Head of Social you will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates, advise and oversee the development and implementation of compelling concepts and content plans for social media outputs for clients and work with the creative services teams to develop social content in line with the agreed strategy and content plans.
You will have 5+ years marketing/advertising experience with at least 3 years of that specialising in social media and/or digital. Social Influencer and Content Creator Collaboration project experience is desirable, and you will be skilled with content management tracking & social listening tools and have a understanding and interest in social trends, innovation and developments in the industry.
