Senior Graphic Designer / Motion

About the role:
As a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of this company’s brands. You will be responsible for crafting visual assets that bring product stories to life while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will lead creative execution across photography, pitching decks, digital showroom assets, social content, and more. Working closely with Global Marketing and other key teams, you will translate product narratives into visually engaging work that aligns with brand strategy.
Roles & responsibilities:
Design & Execution
- Develop and execute brand-aligned visuals for digital (social, ecomm), video (showroom assets), and retail (shelf, POS)
- Lead asset production from concept to delivery—including planning and art directing photoshoots, animation, and motion content
- Translate brand and product narratives into engaging, cohesive visual campaigns across formats
- Create motion assets in After Effects and Premiere Pro—such as animated content, reels, and short-form brand videos
- Collaborate with the in-house 3D/motion team to bring creative ideas to life
- Build brand guidelines, mood boards, and design templates that reflect each brand’s tone and strategy
- Work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact creative that supports global campaigns
Brand Development & Quality
- Refresh and evolve visual identities to stay trend-forward and category-relevant
- Apply insights from relevant product trends, packaging, and kids’ content culture into visual outputs
- Ensure creative output meets brand, quality, and colour standards across all formats
- Oversee production workflows and manage delivery of packaging and promotional materials
- Brief and guide external partners including illustrators, animators, and photographers
- Champion visual standards and brand integrity across teams
- Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align creative with business goals
- Participate in brainstorms to shape new brands, products, and campaign directions
What you will bring:
- 5–8 years of experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or related fields
- Proficient in Adobe CC with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma
- Strong visual skills—layout, typography, colour, animation, and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with a fast, flexible workflows
- Skilled at managing multiple projects to tight timelines
- Collaborative and self-directed with strong communication skills
- Proficient in project tools like Hive, Airtable, or similar
Added Advantage
- Experience with 3D design tools (Cinema 4D or Blender Illustration or storyboarding capabilities
- Familiarity with trends in branding and digital-first marketing
- Experience managing or briefing external creatives
You will have a discerning design eye and be an expert using the Adobe CC. You will be adept at driving content campaigns that align and resonate with the distinct values of their diverse brand portfolios.
